But you can shake hands with it, and the brains behind Flourish—the Enchantment Group, which has a proclivity for getting involved with beautiful places—have figured out how, by creating a menu as pure and natural as the Sonoran Desert views outside the restaurant’s wall of windows. And, come on, we all know that’s Arizona’s undeniably unbeatable draw—open space with breathtaking landscapes like no other the country has to offer. Since the property sits on the northern edge of the Phoenix metropolis, the landscape still exudes that soothing vibe so trademark to the desert backcountry. The property, which opened in 1999, always had the views. When Enchantment Group took over in 2015, they, intelligently, knocked out a whole wall to show off those views. But that’s just part of the genius.
