By the time August rolls around, summer starts to show its surly side—hot, humid days in the Lower Sonoran Desert and hot, dry trade winds and chilly morning fog on the West Coast. Vacation time turns rife, and this includes FOODIES WEST. We always share a libation article, and this year we're featuring one of Arizona's imaginative mixologists who has a propensity for creating drinks his customers will never, ever forget. He's the one with the socks, a.k.a. Travis Parsley.
